Law & Order True Crime (2017 – )

Law & Order True Crime is an American true crime anthology series which premiered in the fall of 2017. The first season dealt with the Menendez brothers and followed a wave of true crime series detailing major cases from the 1990's (American Crime Story, Waco). The first series starred Edie Falco, Gus Halper, and Miles Gaston Villanueva, with Anthony Edwards, Julianne Nicholson, Harry Hamlin and Josh Charles.

The following weapons were used in the television series Law & Order True Crime:

Winchester Model 1300 Defender

Winchester Model 1300 Defender shotguns were used in the murders of Jose and Kitty Menendez by their sons Lyle (Miles Gaston Villanueva) and Erik (Gus Halper) Menendez. Throughout the film and historically, the murder weapons are only referred to as "Mossberg 12-gauge shotguns", but it does not appear the actual murder weapons were ever recovered. It's a moot point, as the brothers never denied shooting their parents.

Detective Tom Linehan (Cliff Chamberlain) shows Detective Les Zoeller (Sam Jaeger) two .22 rifle in Jose and Kitty's bedroom closet, but notes that they were never fired. This is the only time the rifles are seen.
