Law & Order - Season 15
The fifteenth season of Law & Order saw many new faces added to the cast. Dennis Farina joined the show as Detective Joe Fontana, replacing Jerry Orbach, who left the series after Season 14 due to health issues and would take a less stressful job on the new spinoff, Law & Order: Trial by Jury (sadly, Orbach passed away after only filming 2 episodes of that series). Jesse L. Martin took a brief hiatus to reprise his role as Tom Collins in the big screen version of the musical Rent. Within the show, Det. Ed Green was shot in the line of duty, and would spend the last four episodes of the season recovering from his wounds. He was temporarily replaced by Det. Nick Falco, portrayed by Michael Imperioli (who had appeared nine years earlier in Season 6 of the series as a different character).
On the "Order" side, ADA Serena Southerlyn (Elisabeth Röhm) was fired by DA Arthur Branch (Fred Dalton Thompson) at the end of episode 13, "Ain't No Love," for being too much of an advocate, which he felt was not appropriate for the "cold-blooded," "blind and even-handed" prosecutor's office. Although this left the door open for her to potentially return as a defense attorney, she never did, ending her run tied for first (along with Alana de la Garza) in ADA appearances in the original series with 85. She was replaced by ADA Alexandra Borgia (Annie Parisse), who would go on to have the shortest run in the series as an ADA. Like Jerry Orbach and S. Epatha Merkerson, Parisse was another regular cast member who had appeared on the show earlier as another character, a stripper in Season 12.
Law & Order debuted its third spinoff, Law & Order: Trial by Jury in the middle of Season 15, and the new show had one crossover each with its older siblings Law & Order and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

Detective Joe Fontana (Dennis Farina) carries a Smith & Wesson Model 19 Snub Nose as his service weapon. Although the Model 19 was not on the NYPD approved carry list, Fontana (like Dennis Farina) had started his career in the Chicago Police Department, and may have been grandfathered in.
Smith & Wesson Model 36
An undercover officer's Smith & Wesson Model 36 is recovered in "Gunplay" (S15E05). Det. Falco recovers a Smith & Wesson Model 36 in "In God We Trust" (S15E23).
Pistols
Glock 19
Detectives Ed Green (Jesse L. Martin), Nick Falco (Michael Imperioli) and other NYPD officers are armed with Glock 19s.
Beretta 92FS
An undercover officer's Beretta 92FS is recovered in "Gunplay" (S15E05). Pete Andretti (Al Sapienza) is seen with one in "Ain't No Love" (S15E13). Emiliano Ortiz (Jose Edwin Soto) uses one in "Tombstone" (S15E20).
Walther PPK
A stash of illegally trafficked Walther PPKs is investigated in "Gunplay" (S15E05). They are described as ".380s."
Astra Constable
A stainless Astra Constable is seen in the page of illegally trafficked ".380s" in "Gunplay" (S15E05).
Taurus PT92AFS
Preston Hubbard (Mustafa Shakir) uses a Taurus PT92AFS in "Gunplay" (S15E05).
Beretta 92F Inox (Non Gun)
Richard Ranson (Austin Lysy) attempts suicide with a Beretta 92F Inox Non Gun.
Tanfoglio Titan II
A Tanfoglio Titan II, described as a ".380," is handled by Det. Pete Milligan (Paul Schulze) in "Publish and Perish" (S15E21).
Beretta 84FS
A Beretta 84FS is recovered in a suspect's apartment in "Locomotion" (S15E24).

Action star Jarret Whitestone (Joe Piscopo) is seen with Spectre-HC in a signed portrait in "Cry Wolf" (S15E08).

MGC M16
US troops are seen armed with what are likely MGC M16 replicas in "Paradigm" (S15E01). Captain Clark Wallace (Bryan Scott Johnson) is seen with what is likely a slung MGC replica in a photo in "Enemy" (S15E10).
CAR-15 SMG
An ESU officer can be seen with what appears to be a CAR-15 SMG in "Gunplay" (S15E05).
AK variant
An Afghani militiaman is seen with some sort of AK-variant in a photo in "Enemy" (S15E10), but it is impossible to make a positive ID.
Remington 700
A Remington 700 is found in "License to Kill" (S15E17). Det. Fontana describes it as a "bolt-action Remington Model 700," and claims he used to hunt with one as a kid.
Colt AR-15A2 Sporter II
The murder weapon in "License to Kill" (S15E17) is a Colt AR-15A2 Sporter II. Fontana describes it as a "AR-15 semi-automatic."
AR-15 carbine
An ESU officer is seen with an AR-15-type carbine in "Locomotion" (S15E24). There's no clear shot of it, however.

RAH-66 Comanche
An RAH-66 Comanche scout/attack helicopter makes a cameo flying around an Army base in "Paradigm" (S15E01). This is almost definitely a CGI model, as the Comanche program had been cancelled by the Army months before the episode was produced.
