Glock 19
The Glock 19 is the sidearm carried by the majority of NYPD detectives in the Special Victims Unit including Detective Elliot Stabler (Christopher Meloni), Detective Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay), Detective John Munch (Richard Belzer), and Detective Odafin "Fin" Tutuola (Ice-T).
Smith & Wesson 3913 "Ladysmith"
A Smith & Wesson 3913 "Ladysmith" appears in "Bound" (S5E23).
Smith & Wesson 5946
In "Escape" (S5E11), Michael Baxter (Stephen Lang) pulls the Smith & Wesson 5946 during a standoff.
Smith & Wesson Model 36

Heckler & Koch MP5A3
The NYPD ESU Officers throughout the series use Heckler & Koch MP5A3s as one of their main weapons. They are fitted with various attachments, such as scopes or tactical flashlights. One MP5A3 is notably used in a standoff at the end of the episode "Criminal" (S5E21). MP5A3s are also carried by Jersey State SWAT officers in "Escape" (S5E11).
Colt M4A1 Carbine
The M4A1 Carbine is a frequent weapon carried by members of the NYPD's Emergency Services Unit (ESU) throughout the series. They are fitted with various optics including EOTech sights and M68 Aimpoint scopes.
Remington 700PSS
The NYPD ESU snipers are seen using Remington 700s throughout the series. In "Escape" (S5E11), Jersey State snipers are seen with the rifles.
Ithaca 37
The Ithaca 37 shotgun is another weapon frequently carried by NYPD ESU and other SWAT officers in the series.
