The following weapons were used in Season 3 of the television series Law & Order: Criminal Intent:

Pistols

Glock 19

Many of the Major Case Squad detectives, including Det. Robert Goren (Vincent D'Onofrio). In reality, the Model 19 is the only Glock model authorized by the NYPD for onduty carry by its officers.

Glock 19 (2nd Generation) - 9x19mm

Glock 26

Det. Alexandra Eames (Kathryn Erbe) carries a Glock 26 as her sidearm for the remainder of the series. In reality, the Glock 26 is only authorized to be carried as an offduty weapon.

Submachine Guns

Heckler & Koch MP5K

The Heckler & Koch MP5K is carried by ESU officers.

MP5K Non-Gun

Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW

ESU officers are also seen armed with what appear to be Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW SMG's throughout the series.

Spectre M4

A Spectre M4 is seen held in "Stray" (S3E06). The submachine gun seen doesn't have the foregrip and doesn't appear to have the stock either, making it most likely the semi-auto version of the Spectre.

Spectre-HC (imported into the USA as the "SITES Falcon"), the semi-automatic pistol version of the Spectre M4 with the stock and forward grip removed - 9x19mm
The Spectre M4 is seen held in "Stray" (S3E06). The foregrip appears to have been removed.
