The Last Man on Earth
The Last Man on Earth is a 1964 horror film directed by Ubaldo Ragona that stars Vincent Price as Dr. Robert Morgan, the title character, who tries to survive after a plague turns the dead into vampire-like monsters. The film is the first feature film adaptation of the 1954 novel I Am Legend by Richard Matheson. Though the story is set in the United States, the movie was filmed in Italy (hence the unusual weapons seen).

The PPSh-41 is used by the mutants and is also seen in the armory of the precinct house. It appears to have the vertical forgrip of a Thompson Submachine Gun.
M1903 Springfield
The mutants that try to kill Morgan use M1903 Springfield rifles.
