The following weapons were used in the film Land of the Dead:

Pistols

Beretta 92FS Inox

Riley (Simon Baker) wields two Beretta 92FS Inoxs and utilizes them for the entire film.

Riley places his Beretta down. This one is clearly a Kimar blank-firing gun (the safety lever is black, there are no markings on the slide, and the grip is different). Note how the magazine is wrongly inserted in the gun.

Beretta 92FS

Mouse's (Maxwell McCabe-Lokos) sidearm is a Beretta 92FS. This weapon is also used by a guard in the Fiddler's Green and by Manolete (Sasha Roiz).

Taurus PT92

It seems for the firing scenes a stainless Taurus PT92 is used (noted by lack of slide mounted safeties).

SIG-Sauer P228

Cholo (John Leguizamo) turns in his SIG-Sauer P228 over to security when he enters Fiddler's Green. Another one is later seen being used by Anchor (Tony Munch) to hold Riley.

M1911A1

Cholo disarms a guard of a nickel M1911A1 and keeps it till the end of the movie, but doesn't use it. The weapon is mainly holstered or in Cholos waistband. Slack is also seen using a two-tone M1911A1.

Revolvers

Single Action Army

Charlie (Robert Joy) keeps a Single Action Army as his sidearm. Charlie shoots his SAA right handed, as he can still use his left 'good eye' to aim with a handgun.

Colt Python

Mike kills himself with a zombie police officer's Colt Python after he is bitten by him. (Trivia Note: The undead cop was portrayed by Gino Crognale, a make-up artist who was also responsible for the make-up department of the movie and later became a member of the The Walking Dead crew.)

Rifles / Carbines

Steyr AUG

The Steyr AUG is first seen as the raiders are preparing for the supply run, however its major role is when it's snatched off a speeding motorcycle raider as he speeds past by Big Daddy (Eugene Clark) who uses it for the rest of the film. Because of his limited intelligence, Big Daddy always shoots the weapon one-handed, although with some surprising accuracy.

M1 Carbine

Charlie's primary weapon throughout the film is an M1 Carbine. He fires the gun left handed due to his damaged right eye.

M16A1

The M16A1 is the standard issue rifle for both green and blue soldiers.

Soldiers ineffectually combating zombies; shooting them in (or otherwise destroying) the head is the only way to kill them, and these boys seem to be disregarding that very important detail by keeping the guns to their hips. Note: In this particular scene zombies were close to a gas-operated food-stall that exploded after the gas-cylinders were hit, so it's possible that the soldiers aimed for them to cause this result.

M16 SP1 (with A1 flash-hider)

Several of the Soldiers at the green are armed with the M16 SP1 with A1 flash-hider instead of the usual M16A1. In a smaller role, Big Daddy later gives one of these weapons to the baseball bat-wielding zombie teenager and briefly shows her its operation to the best of his abilities.

M16A2 (mocked up as M16A1)

Several of the Soldiers are actually armed with M16A2s fitted with A1 handguards in order to mock them up as M16A1s. However the A2 rear sight and brass deflector betray its true identity.

Heckler & Koch G36C

An Armorer at the green offers a Heckler & Koch G36C to Charlie but he declines. Slack then takes it and uses it for the duration of the film.

MGC M16

The MGC M16 can be seen in place of the M16A1 in several scenes of the film.

Colt Model 733

Charlie is seen with what appears to be a shorted AR variant slung, likely a Colt Model 733.

Machine Guns

"Dead Reckoning"

'Dead Reckoning' is a highly advanced, heavily armored and armed assault vehicle derived from a large truck. It sports the following armaments:

M60D

An M60D is mounted on each side of Dead Reckoning. Unlike the rest of the vehicle's weapons, these are manned by the vehicle's crew instead of being remote-controlled.
