King Kong (1933)

The following guns can be seen in the original version of King Kong:

Krag-Jørgensen Rifle

Full Length Military style Krag-Jørgensen Rifles are seen on the Ventures Rifle Racks as well as in the hands of crewmen, these are Krag rifles as identified by the Magazine door and box on the right side of the bolt.

US Property Marked Krag-Jørgensen Model 1896 Rifle - .30-40 Krag

A crewman rushes to unlock the rifle rack lock, where the Krag-Jørgensen Rifles are being kept.

A crewman behind Driscoll is holding a Krag Rifle.

The crewman on the left is holding a Krag rifle, you can see the magazine door on the right side if the rifle identifying it as a Krag-Jørgensen Rifle.

Several crewman have Krag-Jørgensen Rifles.

Birmingham Small Arms Lee-Speed Sporter

Carl Denham(Robert Armstrong) is seen using and firing a Birmingham Small Arms Lee-Speed Sporter Rifle, it was though to have been a Krag Carbine, but the lack of a magazine box proves this wrong.

Winchester Model 1892

Several of the Ventures crewmen also carry Winchester 1892 Lever-Action Rifles

Winchester 1892 - .38-40

A rack of Model 1892 rifles are seen behind Denham.

A crewman is seen with a Winchester 92 rifle, circled in red.

Same crewman from previous photo seen with Model 1892 rifle, reciever and ejection port seen a little more clearly.

A rack of Winchester 1892 rifles are seen adjacent to the rack Krag Rifles.

A crewman attempts to fire his Model 92 through the gate.

Colt Police Positive

Jack Driscoll (Bruce Cabot) and Captain Engelhorn (Frank Reicher) uses a Colt Police positive as their sidearm throughout the movie.

Lewis Gun

The Lewis gun is mounted on the gunner seat in the planes that pursue Kong.

The co-pilot fires his Lewis Gun at Kong.

Browning M1918 Aircraft

The Browning M1918 Aircraft machine gun is mounted on the planes that pursue Kong only that it's controlled by the pilot. These are Browning M1918 .30 cal aircraft as used in Hell's Angels. I will get more info on this rare weapon shortly. Phoenixent

The pilot fires two Browning M1918 Aircraft at Kong.

Fictional Gas Bombs

Carl Denham carries around 2 boxes of his own brand new gas bombs that he claims will bring down a charging elephant, in reality they look to be like oversized MK II pineapple grenades.
