Janet Leigh (1927-2004) was an American actress who has appeared in such films as Jet Pilot, The Manchurian Candidate (1962) and Touch of Evil. Perhaps her best remembered role was as Marlon Crane in Alfred Hitchcock's original Psycho. he also was the third wife of actor Tony Curtis and the mother of actress Jamie Lee Curtis, with whom she appeared with in 1980's The Fog as well as 1998's Halloween H20: Twenty Years Later.
