Jack Reacher: Never Go Back is the 2016 sequel to 2012's Jack Reacher and is an adaptation of the Reacher novel Never Go Back by Lee Child. Tom Cruise reprises his role as Reacher, who returns to the world of the US military when he discovers that the MP commander who replaced him is charged with a crime. The film also co-stars Cobie Smulders and Robert Knepper and was helmed by Edward Zwick, who also directed Cruise in 2003's The Last Samurai.

A SIG-Sauer P226 E2 is seen used by Jack Reacher (Tom Cruise). A contractor carries one he claims he purchased recently, but is forced by Reacher to toss it in his back seat. The same pistol is later used by The Hunter (Patrick Heusinger), after his custom Glock is lost, and also by Reacher and several Para Source contractors.

Several operatives are armed with Heckler & Koch HK416D rifles.
