Beretta 92FS
Standard Issue side-arm for the US military and is used in various episodes throughout JAG by Lieutenant Commander Harmon Rabb, Admiral A.J. Chegwidden, Lieutenant Colonel Sarah Mackenzie and various other US Military personnel.
Heckler & Koch MP5N
Used in episodes featuring the Navy SEALs with and without silencers.

Used by Rabb to rescue Lieutenant Painter in "Defensive Action" and to prove his point by shooting the courtroom ceiling in "Heroes"
M16A2
Used by the US Marines in the series as their standard Issued Rifle, incorrectly shown as having a fully automatic function.
