The following weapons were used in the film Inside Man:

Ruger GP100

Dalton Russell (Clive Owen) carries a Ruger GP100 during the bank robbery, referred to throughout the film as a ".357".

AK-47

The other three bank robbers, Steve Damerjian (Carlos Andres Gomez), Stevie (Kim Director), and Steve-O (James Ransone) carry AK-47 rifles. During an interview with Det. Frazier, Steve-O (posing as one of the bank hostages) has a discussion with Frazier about how "everyone who's seen a halfway decent action movie" knows what an AK-47 looks like after identifying the gun as such. When Frazier enters the bank after the robbery, another detective points out to him that the AKs are "toy guns". (Although identified as toys, the bank robbers can be seen using firing AK models when the detectives consider the consequences of raiding the bank. Since these sequences don't show events that actually happened, it is not a mistake that the guns would be "toys".)

Glock 19

Almost all of the NYPD officers carry a Glock 19, including Det. Keith Frazier (Denzel Washington) and Sgt. Collins (Victor Colicchio).

SIG-Sauer P226

The officer on the other side of the officer with the Glock is carrying a SIG-Sauer P226, which was recently added to NYPD's approved carry list. The exact specifications are DAO, 9mm, but the one in this film seems to have a hammer, so it is not DAO. An officer with a shield (or body bunker as NYPD ESU refers to them) can also be seen carrying one when they raid the bank.

The NYPD officer immediately to the left of the one holding the Beretta is seen with his SIG-Sauer drawn.
