The Ithaca 37 appears as "Pump Action Shotgun", and it seems to be the fictional "intermediate" variant between the "Riot" and extended versions. It uses by Russian army (although the Soviet forces were not interested in shotguns until the 80s, and Ithaca 37 is a rare thing in USSR/Russia; a somewhat more suitable shotgun would be Winchester M1897 or M1912). It carries all available shotgun shells in the inventory.
