Browning Hi-Power

When Tommy Five-Tone (Danny Aiello) shows up in Rome to tell Eddie, a.k.a. the Hudson Hawk (Bruce Willies) that he has betrayed him, he takes out a Browning Hi-Power. Tommy and Eddie fight over the gun and Eddie ultimately shoots Tommy with it, only to discover it was loaded with blanks, part of a ruse to fool the Mayflowers.

IMI Uzi

The Uzi is used by the Mayflowers' purple-uniformed guards at Castle Da Vinci. CIA operative "Butterfinger" (Andrew Bryniarski) also uses one.

The guards turn upon hearing a noise, giving a somewhat better view of their guns.

Smith & Wesson Model 10

A Smith & Wesson Model 10 is seen used by one of the New York auction house guards, Big Stan (Robert Vazquez).

M1911

When the Mario Brothers kidnap Eddie in an ambulance, Antony Mario (Carmine Zozzora) points an M1911 pistol at him. A struggle ensues which results in the gun winding up in the hands of Antony's brother, Cesar Mario (Frank Stallone).

During the struggle Cesar shoots through the partition and into the cab, nearly hitting the driver.
After Eddie is ejected from the back of the ambulance on a gurney, Cesar shoots at him with the M1911.

Beretta Model 70

The guards at the Vatican use Beretta Model 70's as their sidearms. One fitted with a suppressor is used by Darwin Mayflower (Richard E. Grant).

After almost falling off the roof, the guard gropes for his dropped Beretta amongst the roof shingles.
Reclaiming the weapon, the guard shoots at the escaping Eddie, but misses.

Darwin and Tommy struggle over the Beretta, and Darwin accidentally shoots the chauffeur in the throat.

Beretta 3021 Tomcat

After the Mayflowers' henchmen, the identical twins "Igg" and "Ook," perform badly, Darwin jokingly suggests killing them. Minerva Mayflower (Sandra Bernhard), however, thinks he's being serious.

Proving what lunatics they are, the Mayflowers laugh at the "misunderstanding" and dance while holding the Tomcat.
Darwin now holds the Tomcat whilst threatening Eddie.

Fictional grenade/rocket launcher

A manufactured Rocket Launcher is used by Hudson Hawk (Bruce Willis)and Tommy (Danny Aiello) at the film's climax.
