Smith & Wesson Model 36

The main sidearm of the Five-O detectives is Smith & Wesson Model 36. The main sidearm of the Five-O detectives is the Smith & Wesson Model 36. Those who carry the handgun include Steve McGarrett (Jack Lord), Danny "Danno" Williams (James MacArthur), Chin Ho Kelly (Kam Fong) and Kono Kalakaua (Zulu). McGarrett's Model 36 is carried in a shoulder rig and sports custom wood grips. Criminals and suspects are also frequently seen using the S&W 36.

The Smith & Wesson Model 10, also known as the Military & Police (M&P) and the "Police Special", is seen in the hands of many HPD officers and suspects in the series.

Colt Model 1908 Vest Pocket (nickel)

The Colt Model 1908 Vest Pocket is another frequently used weapon in the series. A nickel plated version is used by Madge (Madlyn Rhue) in "The Payoff" (S3E13).

Mauser C96

A scoped and shoulder stocked Mauser C96 is used as a sniper weapon in "The Second Shot" (S3E03). McGarrett is later seen with the weapon.

Tokarev TT-33

A Tokarev TT-33 is featured in "To Kill or Be Killed" (S3E17). Army officer Jack Rigney (Peter Jason) is back on leave from Vietnam and has brought a Tokarev TT-33 home as a souvenir. Jack is later found dead and the Tokarev is discovered nearby with his brother Michael's fingerprints on it, making Michael a prime suspect.

Shotguns

Remington 870

The Remington 870 is a shotgun frequently used by HPD officers in the series.

Rifles

Winchester 1894 Saddle Ring Carbine

The Winchester 1894 Saddle Ring Carbine is prominently seen in "Paniolo" (S3E17).

M1 Garand

The M1 Garand is used by separatist rebels from the island of Arasunda during a raid on an arms warehouse containing weapons which arms trader Ben Cunningham has sold to the government of Malanesia in "The Gunrunner" (S3E20).

M1 Carbine

Different variants of the M1 Carbine are seen used in the series. A scoped version is seen used in the Season 3 premiere "And a Time to Die..." (S3E01).

McGarrett and Williams both use the J&R Engineering M80 Carbine during a helicopter raid on Wo Fat's mountaintop hideout in "F.O.B. Honolulu Part 1" (S3E18).
