Hannibal is the 2001 sequel to Silence of the Lambs and features the return of Dr. Hannibal Lecter (Anthony Hopkins) and Clarice Starling, this time played by Julianne Moore). It was directed by Ridley Scott, who has directed such films as Blade Runner, American Gangster, and Body of Lies. He also directed Black Hawk Down in the same year that Hannibal was released.
