Marshall (John Goodman) is seen firing Beretta 92FS Inox at limo trunk (thinking Chow (Ken Jeong) is in it).

"Black Doug" (Mike Epps) has Jericho 941 R as his choice of sidearm.
Heckler & Koch USP
Two-tone H&K USP is used and fired by Chow and Marshall.
Glock 17
Glock 17 is used by Chow and is seen in officer's belt in Tijuana.
Minigun
A minigun is seen at the ending credits scene, when Alan (Zach Galifianakis), Stu and Phil wake up after bachelor party.
