Gregory Sierra (1937-2021) was an American actor of Puerto Rican descent who has appeared in numerous films and television series such as Hot Shots! Part Deux, Vampires, and Mission: Impossible. He was well known to television audiences for his role as Detective Sergeant Chano Amenguale on the series Barney Miller. He passed away on January 4, 2021 after a long battle against Cancer. He was eighty-three.
