God Bless America (2011)

God Bless America is a dark satire about a jobless man, Frank (Joel Murray) who decides he has nothing to lose, so he takes his gun and embarks on a mission to kill scum, lowlifes and sadists he sees around him. He finds an unlikely ally in the form of 16 year old Roxy (Tara Lynne Barr) who also shares his anger and alienation from society.

The following weapons were used in the film God Bless America:

Handguns

Colt M1911A1 pistol

Frank primarily uses a Colt M1911A1 pistol throughout the film, both when shooting the rude and inconsiderate and when contemplating suicide.

World War II issued Colt M1911A1 Pistol - .45 ACP
Frank (Joel Murray) loads his M1911A1. By the look of the barrel, this appears to be an airsoft gun.
Frank holds Chloe at gunpoint. In this shot, the gun appears to be a normal pistol.

Browning Hi-Power Mk.III pistol

Roxy primarily uses a Browning Hi-power Mk.III 9mm pistol throughout the film, presumably owned by Frank along with the M1911A1 pistol and given to her by him.

Commercial Browning Hi-Power Mark III - 9x19mm parabellum
Roxy (Tara Lynne Barr) fires her Hi-Power.
Publicity still of Frank teaching Roxy to shoot.

Rossi Cyclops

Frank uses this revolver in his imagination to shoot some co-workers, the same gun also appears in the case of the illegal gun dealer along with other handguns and an AK-47, where the dealer comments that it's a ".357 magnum, nickle finish, six shot, 8 inch barrel".

Walther P-38 pistol

One of the handguns offered to Frank by the illegal gun dealer is a Walther P-38 pistol.

Desert Eagle pistol

One of the handguns the appears in the gun dealers case is a matte stainless Desert Eagle pistol.

A matte stainless Desert Eagle MK I - .357 Magnum. The weapon pictured here is an actual movie gun (from the inventory of Weapons Specialists, Ltd. in New York) and has appeared in several motion pictures.

Glock 19 pistol

Another of the handguns in the dealers case is a 4th generation Glock 19 pistol.

Rifles

Modified MAK-90

Norinco MAK-90 - 7.62x39mm
The Norinco MAK-90 is seen in a case as presented to Frank by the blackmarket gun dealer. The thumbhole stock was replaced by an aftermarket pistol grip and the rear tang was covered up with a wooden block. One can still see the 'ground down' bottom of the front sight, which was mandated by ATF when it approved the MAK-90 for import.

Shotguns

Mossberg 500A Mariner shotgun

Frank imagines himself massacring his loud, rude and inconsiderate neighbours with a Mossberg 500A mariner shotgun with an 18.5” barrel.

Frank holds the Mossberg 500.
