Garrison's Gorillas was a World War II-themed TV series which aired in 1967. The plot of the series was that Lieutenant Craig Garrison (Ron Harper) was tasked with taking a group of convicts and using them as guerillas behind enemy lines, similar to The Dirty Dozen.
The following weapons were used in the series Combat!:
Pistols
Colt M1911
The M1911 is carried primarily by the Gorillas frequently.
Walther P38
German officers often used P38s. Consequently, so do the Gorillas.
