Pistols
CZ 75BD
A CZ 75BD is used by Gates, an Amalgam agent and the commander of its Execution Squad units.

You can see the markings of the 75BD while Gates... gives one of the Xia girls a punishment by playing his gun with her mouth.

Daewoo K5
What appears to be a Daewoo K5 is used by Yang Jun-Kyu as his personal sidearm of choice, which makes sense since he formerly served in the South Korean military prior to being recruited by Mithril.

Glock 17
The Glock 17 is seen with Sousuke Sagara instead of his usual Glock 26, starting from "The Scene Below the Water". It's also used by Mithril forces as their standard sidearm of choice with Special Reacton/Primary Reaction Team personnel.

You can see that the pistol has no Glock trademarks, including a rail which means it's at least 2nd gen.

Glock 26
The Glock 26 is Sousuke's personal sidearm of choice.

Sousuke's paranoia gets the better of him when he aims the pistol at the barber's head in "Edge of Heaven". Note that in this scene, the Glock 26 resembles the Glock 19.

Heckler & Koch P8
The Heckler & Koch P8 is Melissa's personal sidearm of choice, its presence is confirmed by numerous FMP art and guidebooks.

SIG-Sauer P226
The suppressed SIG-Sauer P226 is used by Xia Yu Lan in Tokyo in "Her Problem". Wu's sidearm in "His Problem" somehow changes from a Glock 17 to a P226 with Yang using it during the Hong Kong operation.

A Tokarev TT-33 is used by Yu Lan in "Labyrinth and the Dragon" after she kills a PRT operator and attempts to shoot at Melissa.

FN P90
The FN P90 is the standard submachine gun for all Mithril forces.

FN FNC
The FN FNC is used by the Balican Army as their main assault rifle. It is a potential reference to the Indonesian Army, which uses Pindad-made FNCs as the main assault rifle back in 2005, as well as with East Timor's independence in the early 2000s alongside Indonesian withdrawal.

EAIMING "M116A1 Distraction Device Grenade," an Airsoft gun gas charger built to resemble a hand grenade. "M116A1" is actually the US army's code for a simulation hand grenade with a paper body, used in training.

A M67 frag grenade is used by Melissa and Kurz to take out pursuing Sicilian Mafia SUVs in "Beautiful Sicily".

CornerShot
The CornerShot is used by Mithril PRT/SRT forces on foot, most notably in the Cross-Yangtze River Tunnel.

Others
Advanced Taser M26
An Advanced Taser M26 is given by Sousuke to Kaname Chidori as a self-defense weapon in "Edge of Heaven", which she uses in "Her Problem".
The Advanced Taser M26, loaded with a 25' range "Extra Penetration" cartridge (indicated by the green blast doors, and normally used to pierce thicker clothing such as that worn in colder environments). The integral laser sight is just below the muzzle, with the emitter in line with the lower edge of the trigger guard.
Kaname examines the M26 in "Edge of Heaven" while telling Sousuke that it's a dangerous weapon to handle. Note that her finger is off the trigger.
