Full Metal Panic!: The Second Raid (2005).

The following weapons were used in the anime series Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid:

Pistols

CZ 75BD

A CZ 75BD is used by Gates, an Amalgam agent and the commander of its Execution Squad units.

CZ 75BD (Decocker) - 9x19mm
Gates executes one of his agents on instinct in "The Scene Below the Water".
There's a good view of the 75BD.
You can see the markings of the 75BD while Gates... gives one of the Xia girls a punishment by playing his gun with her mouth.
Gates shows off his marksmanship skills while holding his combat knife with the mouth in "His Problem".

Daewoo K5

What appears to be a Daewoo K5 is used by Yang Jun-Kyu as his personal sidearm of choice, which makes sense since he formerly served in the South Korean military prior to being recruited by Mithril.

Daewoo K5 - 9x19mm
Yang cover for Melissa in "Daylight" after the rescue mission goes bad.

Glock 17

The Glock 17 is seen with Sousuke Sagara instead of his usual Glock 26, starting from "The Scene Below the Water". It's also used by Mithril forces as their standard sidearm of choice with Special Reacton/Primary Reaction Team personnel.

2nd Generation Glock 17 - 9x19mm.
Sousuke accosts a student trying to blackmail Kaname in "The Scene Below the Water".
You can see that the pistol has no Glock trademarks, including a rail which means it's at least 2nd gen.
Wu conducts a brass check on his Glock 17 before moving out in "Hong Kong in Two".

Glock 26

The Glock 26 is Sousuke's personal sidearm of choice.

Glock 26 subcompact Pistol - 9x19mm
Sousuke's paranoia gets the better of him when he aims the pistol at the barber's head in "Edge of Heaven". Note that in this scene, the Glock 26 resembles the Glock 19.
Sousuke investigate a suspected Amalgam safehouse in "Burning Hong Kong".
After getting pissed by Gauron way too many times, Sousuke does the free world a favor and shoots him dead multiple times.

Heckler & Koch P8

The Heckler & Koch P8 is Melissa's personal sidearm of choice, its presence is confirmed by numerous FMP art and guidebooks.

Heckler & Koch P8 - 9x19mm. Note the reversed safety lever.
Melissa is forced to let go of her sidearm in "Daylight".
Melissa shows her disgust towards Bruno betraying Mithril by shoving the P8 down his mouth in "Beautiful Sicily".
A good shot of the P8 held in Melissa's hands.
