Smith and Wesson Model 36

Jack Shepard(Shawn Doyle) in 1969 uses a Smith and Wesson Model 36 snub nose revolver in .38 special caliber holding five shots which is accurately depicted. Also Satch DeLeon(Andre Braugher) and the man he is with have .38s drawn in 1969 at the docks after Frank Sullivan(Dennis Quaid) "drowns" Shepard at the docks. You can see them holster the .38s into cross draw hip holsters.

Sig Sauer P220

Used by Jack Shepard(Shawn Doyle) in 1999 as his police issued sidearm. It is classified as a P220 based on its wide grip and 7+1 capacity. (despite the last 8th round being given a click sound instead of a bang even though a shell is seen flying out of the gun as it locks back.)
