The following guns were used in the movie Frequency
Glock 17
John Sullivan(Jim Caviezel) uses a police issued(as in many movies the Glock 17 is inncorectly issued) Glock 17 as his main sidearm through out the film but never fires it.
Smith and Wesson Model 36
Jack Shepard(Shawn Doyle) in 1969 uses a Smith and Wesson Model 36 snub nose revolver in .38 special caliber holding five shots which is accurately depicted.
