The following guns were used in the movie Frequency

Glock 17

John Sullivan(Jim Caviezel) uses a police issued(as in many movies the Glock 17 is inncorectly issued) Glock 17 as his main sidearm through out the film but never fires it.

Jack Shepard in 1969 uses a Smith and Wesson Model 36 snub nose revolver in .38 special caliber holding five shots which is accurately depicted.
