Makarov PM

The Makarov PM is the sidearm carried by Valeri Petrofsky (Pierce Brosnan) throughout the movie.

Submachine Guns

Heckler & Koch MP5A3

Heckler & Koch MP5A3s fitted with slimline handguards are used by members of the SAS assault team during the raid on Valeri Petrofsky's house.

Rifles

AK-47

Several Russian soldiers can be seen with AK-47s.

Although the receiver is never clearly seen to determine if it is actually a milled AK-47, the rifle has a wide front sight block and a gas block without a bayonet lug, both features of the original AK-47 as opposed to the later AKM type rifles.

AKS-47

The Russian soldier that escorts Valeri Petrofsky (Pierce Brosnan) carries an AKS-47.

L1A1 SLR

An SAS sharpshooter can be seen with an L1A1 fitted with an IWS night vision sight during the raid on Valeri Petrofsky's house.
