Beretta 92FS
In "Unmasked" (S2E09), Micah (Jake Weber) is seen pulling an Beretta 92FS while talking to his wife. Later, Julia (Jacinda Barrett) takes the Beretta and tries to shoot Micah, but the gun is empty. A hitman hired by Lily Gray carries a Beretta 92FS during "Freedom" (S2E11). Robert (Shane McRae) briefly holds a Beretta in "Betrayal" (S2E12).
Glock 19
FBI Special Agent Gina Mendez (Valerie Cruz) carries Glock 19 as her sidearm in Season 2. In "Unmasked" (S2E09), Jana Murphy (Leslie Bibb) takes the Gina's Glock and uses it when Ryan and Mike enter in her house.
Glock 17
FBI Special Agent Mike Weston (Shawn Ashmore) carries a Glock 17 as his chief sidearm throughout Season 2. In a continuity error, the SIG-Sauer P239 used by Max Hardy (Jessica Stroup) changes to a Glock 17 in "Fly Away" (S2E06).
Jericho 941
During "Fly Away"" (S2E06), Mark (Sam Underwood) is seen pulling a Jericho 941 during the meeting with Max Hardy.
Jericho 941 RPSL Semi-Compact
In "Family Affair" (S2E04), Luke (Sam Underwood) briefly uses a Jericho 941 RPSL Semi-Compact. In "Reflction" (S2E05), Luke fires his Jericho 941 Semi-Compact in a abandoned factory, later, Gisele takes the gun.
Smith & Wesson SW1911SC E-Series
Ryan Hardy (Kevin Bacon) is armed with a Smith & Wesson SW1911SC E-Series in "Resurrection" (S2E01). Ryan is seen carrying the Smith & Wesson when he enters in the Carlos' house. The Smith & Wesson SW1911SC E-Series is used by Ryan to shoot at Luke near the end of "For Joe" (S2E01)
Smith & Wesson M&Pc (Compact)
Former FBI agent Ryan Hardy (Kevin Bacon) carries a Smith & Wesson M&Pc (Compact) as his chief sidearm throughout Season 2. Hardy takes a M&Pc from his apartment for protection in "Trust Me" (S2E03). In "Family Affair" (S2E04), a M&Pc is used by Ryan while in a confrontation with Gisele in the subway. In "Reflection" (S2E05), Ryan fires his Smith & Wesson M&Pc in a abandoned factory. Ryan carry his S&W while enters in the Arthur's house in "The Messenger" (S2E08).
Smith & Wesson 5946
In "Unmasked", a NYPD officer carries a Smith & Wesson 5946 after the massacre in the library.
SIG-Sauer P232
In "Trust Me" (S2E03), Judy (Carrie Preston) takes a SIG-Sauer P232 and tries to shoot Joe Carroll with it, but she discovers that Joe has emptied the gun. In "Reflection" (S2E05), Jamel briefly uses a SIG-Sauer P232 to shoot Ryan while he tries to escape.
SIG-Sauer P239
Agent Max Hardy (Jessica Stroup) uses a SIG-Sauer P239 as her main sidearm throughout Season 2. In "Reflection" (S2E05), Max briefly uses the SIG-Sauer to threaten Ryan Hardy. In "Fly Away" (S2E06), Max Hardy is seen carying her SIG-Sauer P239 while in a confrontation with Mark.
Assault Rifles
Colt M4A1
In "Trust Me" (S2E03), several FBI SWAT agents are armed with M4A1 rifles to clear a home. An Colt M4 can be seen in Lily's armory in "Family Affair" (S2E04). In "Sacrifice" (S2E07), several FBI SWAT agents enter in the Kurt's home with Colt M4's. Several NYPD ESU officers are armed with the Colt M4A1 to clear a hospital
Colt M16A2
In "Sacrifice" (S2E07), a cult guard is seen carrying an Colt M16A2 during the meeting with Joe Carroll. In "Betrayal" (S2E12) Angela (Liza de Weerd) is briefly seen with a Colt M16A2 in her car.
AKMS
In "Freedom" (S2E11), a hitman hired by Lily Gray is armed with a AKMS assault rifle when he breaks Luke out of police custody.

In "Trust Me" (S2E03), several FBI SWAT agents are armed with Remington 700PSS during the episode.
