Eye of the Beholder (1999) - DVD Cover

Eye of the Beholder is a 1999 American-British mystery thriller directed by Stephan Elliott on based a novel by Marc Behm. A private detective, Stephen Wilson (Ewan McGregor), meets serial killer Joanna Eris (Ashley Judd) and falls in love with her.

The film is a remake of French Mortelle randonnée (1983).
