Emden Men (Die Männer der Emden) or also titled as Odyssey of Heroes is a 2012 German movie directed by Berengar Pfahl. During the First World War, the German navy light cruiser S.M.S. Emden is sunk by the Australian HMAS Sydney in the Indian Ocean. The 50-man crew can save themselves and now have to go on a long and exhausting journey: 13,000 kilometers through water and desert lie ahead of them. The troupe is led by Lieutenant Hellmuth von Mücke (Sebastian Blomberg).

The following weapons were used in the film Emden Men:

Handguns

Luger P08

All senior officers of the Emden including Karl Overbeck (Ken Duken), Hellmuth von Mücke (Sebastian Blomberg) and Friedrich von Schulau (Jan Henrik Stahlberg) use Luger P08s as their sidearms.

Rhöner Model 3/Model 4

Antonia (Sheri Hagen) tries to reach a pocket pistol. Karl Overbeck (Ken Duken) stops her and takes the pistol. Upon closer inspection, it turns out to be a Rhöner Model 3 or Model 4 starter/gas-firing pistol. It is equipped with non-standard wooden grips, and stands on a period-appropriate pistol, such as FN Model 1905.
