A federal air marshal in the beginning of the film uses a Beretta 92FS to shoot Peter Highman(Robert Downey Jr.) with a rubber bullet. Later in the film, Ethan Tremblay (Zack Galifianakis) holds a Beretta 92FS in a photograph.
