Thompson M1928 (Modified)
In "The Day of the Doctor", one of the weapons seen in the UNIT Black Vault is a modified Thompson M1928 submachine gun. These weapons were last seen in the Season 3 episode "Evolution of the Daleks", used by Human-Dalek hybrids.
FN P90
In "The Time of the Doctor", soldiers with the Church of the Papal Mainframe are seen carrying modified FN P90's. These weapons are equipped with extended stocks and flash hiders, much like the ones seen in the Season 7 episode "A Good Man Goes To War".
Assault Rifles
Heckler & Koch G36C
In "The Day of the Doctor", UNIT soldiers are seen carrying Heckler & Koch G36C's as their standard weapon.
Other
Gallifreyan Battle Rifle
In "The Day of the Doctor", flashbacks to the Time War show Gallifreyan soldiers fighting against the Daleks with a fictional laser battle rifle. The War Doctor (John Hurt) also briefly uses one.
Gallifreyan Rocket Launcher
