Django (Franco Nero) uses a Single Action Army throughout the movie.
Colt Single Action Army w/ 5.5" barrel known as the "Artillery" model - .45 Long Colt
Winchester 1892
Several Winchester Model 1892 lever-action rifles are seen throughout the film.
Fictional Machine Gun
Django lugs around a machine gun in his coffin, the same prop was used two years prior in A Fistful of Dollars. It's probably a very inaccurate depiction of a Mitrailleuse Machine Gun that fires belt-fed ammunition.
