Johnny Smith (Christopher Walken) uses a Sporterized Karabiner 98k at the Greg Stillson rally.

Smith & Wesson Model 28

Sheriff Bannerman (Tom Skerritt) uses a Smith & Wesson Model 28 as his sidearm. Deputy Frank Dodd (Nicholas Campbell) also carries one as his side arm, his mother later seen firing it.

Greg Stillson's (Martin Sheen) body guard carries a Heckler & Koch P7, firing it at the end of the film. Stillson uses one himself in Johnny Smith's last vision.
