IZh 79-8

Several characters, including Arthur (Ilya Alekseev), Toivo (Vladimir Lukyanchikov), and Border Guards Captain (Eduard Gorbenko) uses a IZh 79-8 in several scenes. These are most likely the same prop reused. The IZh 79-8 is the non-lethal gas firing version of the Makarov PM pistol.
