Cowboys & Aliens
The following guns were used in the film Cowboys & Aliens:
Colt Dragoon
Hunt (Walton Goggins) a member of Jake's former gang holds an 1848 Colt Dragoon on Jake at the gang camp.
Remington 1858 New Army
Wes Claiborne (Buck Taylor) carries a Remington 1858 New Army and tries unsuccessfully to defend himself with it, later a member of Jake's former gang holds his New Army on Ella (Olivia Wilde).
Colt 1860 Army
Jake (Daniel Craig) carries a Colt 1860 Army converted to fire metallic cartridges. It is a very early conversion because it still has the loading lever attached. Ella Swenson (Olivia Wilde) also appears to carry one.
Colt Single Action Army "Cavalry" model
Colonel Woodrow Dolarhyde (Harrison Ford) carries a nickel 7.5" "Cavalry" model Single Action Army with ivory grips in a crossdraw holster as his main sidearm throughout the film.
Colt 1878 Double Barreled Shotgun
A double barreled shotgun is wielded at the beginning by the Claibornes who come upon a disoriented Jake Lonergan (Daniel Craig). He relieves them of it and turns it upon them. It can also be seen being used by Dolarhyde (Harrison Ford) during the attack on the town of Absolution.
1860 Henry
Many of the Apache warriors who aid in the assault on the alien ship carry Henry 1860 rifles.
Winchester Model 1866 "Yellow Boy"
Jake takes a deputy's 1866 and turns it on the posse. It appears to be a saddle-ring carbine. Many other "Yellow Boys" are seen in the hands of various characters.
Spencer 1860 Carbine
A Spencer 1860 Carbine is used by both the preacher Meacham (Clancy Brown) and then passed on to Doc (Sam Rockwell).
Smith & Wesson Schofield Model 3
A member of Jake's former gang carries a Smith & Wesson Schofield Model 3. Doc later takes it and uses it as his sidearm.
