Remington 1858 New Army

A thug from the beginning of the movie carries a Remington 1858 New Army and tries unsuccessfully to defend himself with it.

Colt 1860 Army

Jake carries a Colt 1860 Army converted to fire metallic cartridges. It is a very early conversion because it still has the loading lever attached.

Single Action Army

Many characters probably carry Single Action Armies, but from the trailer we can see that Colonel Woodrow Dolarhyde (Harrison Ford) carries a nickel-plated model with 7.5" barrel.
