The Phalanx CIWS is seen in the OP sequence of "The Day a New Demon was Born" when the OP song, "Colors" starts. The OP for the first 12 episodes changes a bit.

Type 69

The Type 69 RPG is seen with the Black Knights in "Guren Dances" when Lelouch Lameperouga aka Zero leads them in Narita to take on Cornelia Li Britannia's forces.
