Submachine Guns
M1A1 Thompson
The Gods & Kings expansion adds the Marine unit as an alternative to Infantry, armed with M1A1 Thompsons.
Rifles
Lee-Enfield
The Gods & Kings expansion adds the Great War Infantry unit as an intermediate step between the Rifleman and Infantry units, armed with Lee-Enfields.
M1 Carbine
The Brave New World expansion adds the Pracinha unit as a replacement for the Infantry unit for the Brazilian civilization, armed with M1 Carbines.
M1 Garand
The Infantry unit uses M1 Garands.
M21
The Paratrooper unit uses what appear to be M21s.
Matchlock Musket
The Musketman, Musketeer and Tercio units are armed with European style matchlock muskets while the Janissary unit wields Oriental matchlocks.
Machine Guns
Browning M2
The M45 Quadmont on an M20 trailer appears as the Anti-Aircraft Gun unit. As in real life, it is equipped with M2 Brownings.
Gatling Gun
The Gods & Kings expansion adds the Gatling Gun unit as a ranged ground unit.
Browning M1917
The Gods & Kings expansion adds the Machine Gun unit as the then final ranged ground unit (the Brave New World expansion adds the ability to upgrade it to the Bazooka unit), armed with Browning M1917 machine guns.
Launchers
Panzerschreck
The Brave New World expansion adds the Bazooka unit as the final ranged ground unit, armed with Panzerschrecks. Despite its real use as an anti-vehicle weapon, the Bazooka unit has no anti-armor bonuses and is primarily intended as an anti-infantry unit.

The M101 Howitzer appears as the Artillery unit.
7.5 cm Pak 40
The 7.5 cm Pak 40 AT gun appears as the Anti-Tank Gun unit.
