The following weapons were used in the anime series City Hunter:
Revolvers
Colt Python
The Colt Python is the weapon of choice used by the protagonist Ryo Saeba in all seasons. The gun it's usually shown as the 6 inch barrel version and sometimes with 4 inch barrel. In many stealth situation Ryo absurdly uses a sound suppressor. The revolver is the blued finish version with wooden grip. In City Hunter the Colt Python is shown as a very powerful handgun with a unique sound and extreme damage with high accuracy. Often it seems more powerful than others revolver with calibers like .44 and .41 Magnum. This is impossible. Probably is only a big tribute to a classic icon.
Colt Lawman
The Colt Lawman is often the main sidearm used by Kaori in all seasons.
Smith & Wesson Model 29
Smith & Wesson Model 57
Smith & Wesson Model 586
Smith & Wesson Model 629
Pistols
Beretta 21 "Bobcat"
Always in the first episode the killer carry a Beretta 21A Bobcat with suppressor and custom wooden grips
Beretta 92SB
Beretta 950B "Minx" (Long barrel, sporterized version)
At the beggining of the first episode of the season I, the killer carry a Beretta 950B Jetfire "Minx", a sporterized version, recognizable by the long barrel.
Browning HP35 Mk.I
Colt Combat Commander
Colt M1911
Several M1911 variants are seen throughout all seasons in the hands of various henchmen, mobsters and criminals.
Luger P.08
Walther P5
Walther PPK
Unidentified pistol
- Methinks that it's a early 20th century pistol like Steyr-Pieper M1908 or Dreyse M1907 something such. TrickShotFinn (talk) 09:35, 22 June 2015 (EDT)
