Glock 19
Tes (Malin Akerman) pulls a Glock 19 in the diner. There are some scenes where she is seen firing the pistol, but the slide doesn't cycle and no shells are seen ejecting.
Colt Python
A Colt Python is pulled by the trucker Jesse (Jimmy Lee Jr.) in the diner.
Colt Anaconda
Mel (Bruce Willis) carries a 6" Colt Anaconda .44 Magnum stainless revolver with custom grips, judging by screw placement above the trigger and overall size.
M1911A1 (Stainless)
Ronny (Forest Whitaker) is seen with a stainless M1911A1 while in the diner. Tes also is seen with the pistol.
Kimber Custom
Ronny also is seen using a Kimber Custom TLE II fitted with a suppressor.
Sphinx AT380
