Call of Juarez: The Cartel
Call of Juarez: The Cartel is the third game in the Call of Juarez series. The game leaves the American West setting for a present day setting, but retains the ingredients of the Western setting (ala No Country for Old Men or Walker Texas Ranger) The game begins when a DEA building in Los Angeles is bombed by a drug cartel. The federal government is now in fear that a simple drug cartel could breach a federal building. The government then makes a last ditch effort to stop the Mendoza Cartel once and for all. Three law enforcement agents (Ben McCall, Eddie Guerra, and Kim Evans) track the cartel from Los Angeles, California, to Juarez, Mexico (A previous setting for the series). They start in Los Angeles where they burn down a marijuana plantation in the Sequoia National Forest, and go on a bloody road trip through Arizona, New Mexico, and finally Juarez, Mexico.

Desert Eagle Mark I
The Desert Eagle Mark I appears as the "Eagle" ingame. It is also the preferred sidearm of Ben McCall.
Beretta 92FS
Kim Evans (An FBI agent) is seen wielding a Beretta 92FS. It is called the "92FS" ingame. It is used by all friendly NPCS during gameplay, however their weapons change during cutscenes.
Jericho 941
The Jericho 941 can be seen in the multiplayer modes trailer. Ingame it is called the "Jericho".
Walther P99
Called the "Zooming Automatic Pistol" this pre-order bonus is a Walther P99 converted to full-auto with a reflex sight added on top.
Makarov PM
A Makarov PM can be seen briefly in a trailer announcing the game's multiplayer modes. It is called "Makarov" ingame.
Smith & Wesson 5906
A Smith & Wesson 5906 is seen in a weapons selection screen on a demo gameplay video. It is called the "S 5906" ingame.
CZ-75B
The CZ-75B appears in the game as the "C 75". It is obtained by purchasing the weapon through Ubisoft's UPLAY service.
FN Five-seveN
The FN Five-seveN appears in the game as the "Five-Seven".
Heckler & Koch USP45 Tactical
The Heckler & Koch USP45 Tactical appears in the game as the "USP", the gun reads 'USP TACTICAL' on the slide and has a threaded barrel.
SIG-Sauer Mosquito
The SIG-Sauer Mosquito appears in the game as the "Mosquito". It appears to be the Mendoza Cartel's main handgun.
Ruger GP-100
A pickup notification for the Ruger GP100 revolver referred to as the "GP100" appears on a demo gameplay video.
Smith & Wesson Model 29
A Smith & Wesson Model 29 revolver, is seen being wielded by Ben McCall. It is called the "Model 29" ingame.
Smith & Wesson Model 38
Eddie Guerra carries a Smith & Wesson Model 38 with pearl grips as his main sidearm, but never draws it, nor is it useable.
Dan Wesson PPC Revolver
Ben McCall is seen wielding an Dan Wesson PPC revolver. If one purchases the game at Wal*Mart, they receive a code to unlock a Dan Wesson PPC Revolver with an optical scope, dubbed "PPC Scoped" ingame.
Taurus Raging Bull
Concept art shows Ben with a Taurus Raging Bull. It is called "Bull" in the game.
Single Action Army
Single Action Army revolvers can be seen on various Achievements. In the multiplayer map L.A. Suburbs, posters of Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood show Ray McCall wielding the SAA.
Colt Bisley
The Colt Bisley revolver appears on the "Rio Bravo" achievement tile.
Submachine Guns
Brügger & Thomet MP-9
On the official game's website, Ben McCall is seen with a Brügger & Thomet MP-9 with a suppressor and the stock removed. It is called the "Tactical Machine Pistol" in game.
Mini Uzi
A drug dealer is seen firing a Mini Uzi in multiplayer footage. It is called "U.Z.I." ingame. Interestingly, in the weapons selection screen, the full-size Uzi is shown.
SA Vz. 61 Skorpion
The Vz. 61 Skorpion machine pistol is seen being dual-wielded with an Uzi. It is called "Skorpion" ingame.
Heckler & Koch MP5A2
A MP5A2 can be seen in the new Co-opetition trailer. It is called "MP5" ingame.
Heckler & Koch UMP45
Ben McCall is seen handling a Heckler & Koch UMP45 in the new Co-opetition trailer.
Shotguns
Franchi SPAS-12
In screenshots, Ben McCall (an LAPD Homicide Detective, and veteran of the Vietnam War) is shown with a SPAS 12 shotgun without the foldable stock. Eddie can also be seen using another SPAS with the stock unfolded in an interview. It is called the "AS-12" ingame.
Remington 870
Ben uses a Remington 870 in the debut trailer. The boxart shows Kim Evans with a sawn-off Remington 870. It is called "R870" ingame.
Benelli M4 Tactical
The Benelli M4 Super 90 is seen in the multiplayer modes trailer, but is incorrectly portrayed as a pump-action shotgun. Most likely, the developers had mixed up the Benelli M3 with the M4.
Mossberg 500A Field Gun
A Mossberg 500A Field Gun shotgun appears in the game as the "M500".
Assault Rifles
AK-47
A Mexican gangbanger uses an AK-47 in a drive-by sequence in the Story Trailer. DEA agent Eddie Guerrea can also be seen with an AK-47 in the Mexican desert.
Heckler & Koch HK416
The player is seen firing and reloading a Heckler & Koch HK416 assault rifle. The game refers to it as "K416".
FN FAL
The FN FAL battle rifle appears as the "FAL", it can be fired semi-auto and full auto, although it has a rather slow fire rate.
FX-05 Xiuhcoatl
The FX-05 Xiuhcoatl assault rifle appears as the main firearm of the Mendoza Cartel. It is called the "FX-5" ingame.
Rifles
SVD Dragunov
An SVD is seen being used by Eddie in a screenshot. Strangely, soldiers are seen firing scopeless Dragunovs during a funeral sequence.
M24 Sniper Rifle
The M24 sniper rifle is used by a SWAT sniper in the multiplayer modes trailer. It is called 'M24" ingame.
Winchester Model 1892
In the multiplayer map L.A. Suburbs, posters of ''Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood'' show Thomas McCall wielding a Winchester Model 1892.
Machine Guns
M60 Machine Gun
The Story Trailer shows a split-second clip of Eddie Guerra firing an M60 Machine gun at a helicopter.
PKM Machine Gun
The player is seen wielding a PKM machine gun in a new single player gameplay video. This PKM feeds from the left, rather than the right.
Launchers
M72 LAW
The M72 LAW rocket launcher is incorrectly depicted as a reloadable rocket launcher in the vein of the Bazooka series.
