Pistols
Heckler and Koch P30
Michael Westen (Jeffrey Donovan) continues to carry the Heckler & Koch P30 as his sidearm.
Beretta 92FS
Sam Axe (Bruce Campbell) continues to carry a Beretta 92FS as his personal sidearm.
Unknown Nickel 1911
In "Scorched Earth" (S6E01), Anson Fullerton (Jere Burns) carries an unknown nickel-plated M1911A1 that Michael is later seen taking from him and using. The fact that this has a full-length guide rod proves that it is not a Colt manufactured 1911.
Glock 19
The Glock 19 is the handgun held by security guards at a chemical plant in "Scorched Earth" (S6E01). This appears to be a continuity error as they were using SIG's in an earlier scene. Earlier in the same episode, a tactical operative escorts Fiona to the interrogation room with a Glock 19.
IMI Jericho 941 (stainless)
The stainless Jericho 941 is a very common sidearm used by bad guys in the show, especially the head bad guy in various episodes. (It's almost like what the Infinity was to Heroes.) Sharif Mansour (Ariel Shafir) carries one to the boathouse in "Last Rites" (S6E03).
SIG-Sauer P226R
For the majority of Season 6, Jesse Porter (Coby Bell) carries a stainless SIG-Sauer P226R, a newer generation of the pistol he had previously carried in Seasons 4 and 5.
SIG-Sauer P228
Jesse Porter (Coby Bell) briefly uses a SIG-Sauer P228 instead of his usual stainless SIG-Sauer P226 in "Scorched Earth" (S6E01). In the same episode, a security guard is seen opening fire on Michael and Sam with his P228. Nate Westen (Seth Peterson) also uses one in "Last Rites" (S6E03).
SIG-Sauer P229
Agent Dani Pierce (Lauren Stamile) carries a new generation SIG-Sauer P229 beginning in Season 6.
Taurus PT92
Security expert/drug dealer Rafael Montero (Anthony Ruivivar) carries and uses a stainless Taurus PT92 in "Mixed Messages" (S6E02).
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
Sam Axe (Bruce Campbell) has a Heckler & Koch MP5A3 when setting up to enter Eric Kemp's house in "Mixed Messages" (S6E02).
IMI Uzi
One of Sharif Mansour's henchmen wields an Uzi at the boathouse shootout in "Last Rites" (S06E03).
Shotguns
Smith & Wesson 3000
Madeline Westen (Sharon Gless) uses what appears to be a sawed-off Smith & Wesson 3000 Shotgun in "Scorched Earth" (S6E01).
Mossberg 500
Mossberg 500 Homeland Defender
In "Shock Wave" (S6E06), Sam uses a Mossberg 500 Homeland Defender shotgun throughout the episode.
Remington 870 MCS Entry
Sam Axe (Bruce Campbell) carries a Remington 870 MCS Entry shotgun modified with a telescoping stock in "Last Rites" (S06E03).
Assault Rifles
Colt M4A1 Carbine
Tactical operatives escorting Fiona are armed with their M4A1's in Season 6's premiere "Scorched Earth" (S6E01). Michael Westen and CIA operative/trainer Tom Card (John C. McGinley) carry M4A1s with EOTech sights outside Kemp's house in "Mixed Messages" (S06E02)--they are also seen on the wall of the prison watch post.
Smith & Wesson MP15
In "Shock Wave" (S6E06), the Smith & Wesson MP15 is seen carried by some of the men employed by Garret Hartley (William Mapother). This is one of the first appearances of this rifle in a film or television production.
SIG P556 SWAT / SG 550 hybrid
In "Scorched Earth" (S6E01), what appears to be a SIG P556 SWAT fitted with a SIG SG 550 series lower receiver with an ACOG scope is used by the ex-Army Ranger who infiltrates Madeline Westen's residence. The upper receiver of the rifle can be identified as belonging to a P556 by its M16 style flash hider, angled front sight, and the indent on the side of the upper receiver above the front takedown push pin.
Ruger Mini-14 GB
What appears to be a Ruger Mini-14 "Government Barrel" is seen on the wall of the prison watch post in "Mixed Messages" (S06E02).
AKMS
An AKMS is used by Jesse (Coby Bell) and Montero in "Mixed Messages" (S06E02).
AKS-74U
Russian gangsters carry AKS-74Us with rails in "Last Rites" (S06E03).
Sniper Rifles
Savage 11/111
Sam (Bruce Campbell) sets up a pair of Savage Model 11/111 rifles with single-piece rails in a decoy sniper position in "Mixed Messages" (S06E02).
