Handguns
Glock 17
What appears to be the Glock 17 is carried by police officers.
Glock 22
DEA Agent Hank Schrader (Dean Norris) shows off his issue Glock 22 during the party in the first episode. He actually refers to it as a Glock 22 and praises the power of the .40-caliber round over 9x19mm (claiming to have seen the latter cartridge ricochet off a car windshield). He uses the Glock 22 in his shootout with Tuco in "Grilled" (S2E02). It can be seen occasionally throughout season two and three.
M1911A1
Used by a few characters throughout the series, most noticeably by the 'Cousins' in season three. The Cousins' 1911s are nickel-plated.
Smith & Wesson M945
In "Half Measures" (S3E12), a Smith & Wesson 945 is used by rival drug dealer and by Walt to shoot the dealer after running him over.
Beretta 84F
Jesse buys and plans to use a Beretta 84F to take revenge on drug dealers who killed his friend, but he never fires it as Walt intervenes with his car. He later pulls the pistol on Gale in Season 3's finale "Full Measure" (S3E13).
Beretta Cougar
A Beretta Cougar is held by one of the drug dealers before the shootout in "Half Measures" (S3E12). A Cougar also appears in the hands of a cartel guard in "Full Measure" (S3E13).
Heckler & Koch Mark 23
A Heckler & Koch Mark 23 is used with a suppressor by Mike Ehrmantraut (Jonathan Banks) in Season 3's finale "Full Measure" (S3E13). The suppressor he uses is a fake "Hollywood suppressor" which screws into the barrel of the pistol (via the threading for the blank adapter), rather than onto the exterior threading.
Ruger KP89
One of the men guarding a trailer carries Ruger KP89 in Season 3's finale "Full Measure" (S3E13).

Ruger SP101
The Ruger SP101 is pulled by Mike in Season 3's finale "Full Measure" (S3E13).
Shotguns
Mossberg 500 Mariner
An Mossberg 500 Mariner is used by a police officer before he is axed by one of the Cousins.
