The leader of the Mujahideen, named Karahan, create the secret drug manufacturing plant. Soviet and American special troops unsuccessfully try to find and destroy it. Soviet commanders send for it the latest development af the Soviet military designers, the combat helicopter Kamov Ka-50 aka Chyornaya akula (Black Shark).
Note: most actors are non-professionals, including actual soldiers of Spetsnaz, combat pilots (including cheif pilot of Kamov Design Bureau), and aircraft designers.

Major Andrey Gusarov (Valeriy Vostrotin) and Capt. Rastorguev (Aleksandr Belov) both use Makarov PB pistols during the raid on Karahan's drug facility.
