Big Trouble in Little China (1986)

The following guns were used in the movie Big Trouble in Little China

In the opening street fight between the Wing Kong and the Chang Sing various weapons are seen including:

Smith & Wesson Model 19

One of the Wing Kong is seen with two custom Smith & Wesson Model 19 revolvers in cowboy style holsters. The weapons have been gold plated and have ivory grips.

AK-47

Seen being used by both the Chang Sing and Wing Kong gang members. These are likely Norinco Type 56s given the unique hooded front sights. Also seen in the hands of Lo Pan's security men during the initial escape from his underground lair. All the weapons were without the standard "spike" type bayonet.

Norinco Type 56 (Imported into the U.S. as the Norinco AKS-47 or AKS-47 Sporter) - 7.62x39mm. This particular gun lacks the "pig sticker" bayonet seen on the model above, which was standard on PLA-issue Type 56s, but much rarer on the export versions.

Heckler & Koch HK94

One of the Chang Sings uses a Heckler & Koch MP5 submachine gun during the funeral shoot out with the Wing Kong. However, given the very slow rate of fire, it appears that the MP5 was actually a "chopped and converted" HK94 carbine.

Heckler & Koch HK94 chopped and converted to resemble an MP5A3. Note the lack of a paddle magazine release, a lugged barrel, and a push pin set - 9mm.

MAC-10

Yet another machine pistol in the hands of the two opposing gangs during the gang leader's funeral procession.

Uzi

Seen during the opening battle, one of the gang members appears to have a Micro Uzi. But, since he fires only single shots it should be assumed he is armed with an Uzi pistol instead.

Beretta 92SB

Interdynamic KG-9 / Intratec TEC-9

Jack Burton's main weapon during the movie (aside from his Gerber TAC boot knife). Recovered from one of the Wing Kong in Lo Pan's underground dungeon when he Eddie and Wang. Burton acquires the weapon after trading Eddie for it when he is stuck with the less than manly snub nosed .38.notice the picture is actual size

Smith & Wesson Model 29

Presented by Egg Shen to Jack just before the final battle with Lo Pan. When explaining guns will do no good against Lo Pan Egg removes the weapon (which had what must have been a 10-12 barrel) to Jack saying "Here...this will make you feel better...like Dirty Harry" (the inside joke being that the movie does take place in San Francisco).
