Tranquilizer Dart Gun
Called simply "the tranquilizer gun," this dart-firing weapon is used throughout the film by the dinosaur hunters, Nigel Jenkins (Julian Fellowes) in particular.

SIG SG 540
Soldiers commanded by Colonel Nsogbu (Olu Jacobs) use what look like SIG SG 540 throughout the film.
MAT-49
Nsogbu and his soldiers use MAT-49s. During the storming of the soldiers' riverside stockade a few natives relieve the troops of their MAT-49s and use them themselves.
Cephu (Kyalo Mativo) picks up a MAT-49 dropped by a soldier.
