Avenging Force is a 1986 action movie directed by Sam Firstenberg and starring Michael Dudikoff as Matt Hunter, a martial arts expert who comes to the aid of his friend Larry Richards (Steve James) against the right-wing organization called the Pentangle. Both actors also appeared together in two first movies of the American Ninja series.

Avenging Force was intended to be a sequel to Invasion U.S.A. (1985). Chuck Norris was originally planned to return as Matt Hunter but he became tied up on other film productions and Michael Dudikoff was cast instead.

The following weapons are seen in the movie Avenging Force:

Handguns

Beretta 92SB

During the assassination attempt at Mardi Gras in New Orleans two of the four hitmen are armed with Beretta 92SB pistols. Matt Hunter (Michael Dudikoff) disarms a hitman and uses his pistol to shoot the others. In the scene in the shooting range all four Pentangle leaders - Elliott Glastenbury (John P. Ryan), Wade Delaney (William Wallace), Jeb Wallace (Karl Johnson) and Charlie Lavall (Marc Alaimo) - are seen with Beretta 92SB pistols. This model can be identified by rounded trigger guard.
