The following weapons appear in the video game Assassin's Creed Brotherhood:

Overview

Due being set for most part in Renaissance Italy; the game is the first of the series to feature guns as commonplace; while Assassin's Creed II allowed the player to use a hidden gun; guns start to appear as cannons and as small arms in enemy hands. However unlike the Hidden Gun from the previous game, they can't be used by Ezio.

Pistols

Heckler & Koch Mark 23 Phase II Prototype

The Raiden Outfit is inspired by the Metal Gear Solid 4 Raiden model, which has a holstered Heckler & Koch Mark 23 pistol. As before, this pistol is never drawn, not even when Ezio use the hidden gun. Since the outfit is unlocked by completing VR Training Session, it can be used as early as reaching Rome, in 1500; making the gun anachronistic by circa 491 years.

Ezio sports a futuristic appeareance in Rinascimental Rome wonders where he can find .45 ACP ammo, four centuries before the cartridge was even invented.
Ezio aims a non-existent wrist gun, while keeping the Mk.23 in the holster. After all, he can find ammo for the wrist gun at least.

1560 Wheellock Mace

Octavian de Valois' personal gun is based on the German wheellock mace made circa 1560 which is in the collection of the Royal Armouries.

Wheellock Pistol

Wheellock Pistols are utilized by the Papal Guard and by Cesare Borgia.

The pistol can be seen on the corpse of a guard that was just killed by Ezio.
Ezio knows that is unwise to bring a knife to a gunfight. So he brings a whole sword instead.

Ezio take a moment to admire the newest arquebus technology; especially surprised by the fact that is portable.
Ezio take a moment to look at the Borgia's troop's arquebus but the novelty wore off.

Mounted Weapons

Bombard

Medieval bombard cannons are a common sight in the game seen in use by the various factions, including the player. They are used by both sides at the Siege of Monteriggioni and Ezio also uses one later against Leonardo's tanks.

Ezio volunteer eagerly for testing the cannon.
Deafened but satisfied, Ezio approve the use of this new home defence system.
Ezio find a different model at Castel dell'Ovo in Naples.

Cannon

Smaller caliber cannons are used with Leonardo's tanks.

Ezio look at one of the first tank ever made. Instead of admiring the craftsmanship, he whine about more practical problems.

Da Vinci's Machinegun

A multibarreled machine gun developed by Leonardo da Vinci appears, mounted on a chariot. It's design consists basically in a wheel with multiple guns. Despite the name has a very slow rate of fire. Albeit the scientist designed a machine gun (albeit more akin to a volley gun) in real life called "Organo a 33 canne", Da Vinci's design is fictional in the game.

Ezio sneak to take a look of what is essentially a proto armored truck.
Secretly desiring to fire the high tech (for the time) weapon system, Ezio hijacks the chariot.
Ezio finds the opportunity to fire his friend's new weapon.

Naval Cannon

The naval cannon is a fictional weapon designed by Leonardo in the game.
