Archangel (2005)

Archangel was a 2005 British/Latvian television dramatization of Robert Harris' novel of the same name starring Daniel Craig, Yekaterina Rednikova, Gabriel Macht, and Konstantin Lavronenko. Craig plays Christopher "Fluke" Kelso, a history professor who pursues an alleged secret diary of Josef Stalin, and unknowingly stumbles into a sinister plot to resurrect Stalinism.

Makarov PM

Professor Christopher "Fluke" Kelso (Daniel Craig) and Zinaida Rapava (Yekaterina Rednikova) find her father's Makarov PM hidden in his shed. Zinaida identifies it as her father's "Makarov" and carries it throughout the film.

Beretta 92FS

Major Kretov (Igor Filippov) uses a Beretta 92FS during the assault on the cabin. Mamantov's henchman uses a suppressed 92FS to kill two militsiya officers, and uses it again, unsuppressed, later in the film.

Stalin's son Josef (Konstantin Lavronenko) is armed with a Mosin Nagant M38 Carbine, as is one of his companions.
