Machine Guns

Heckler & Koch MG4KE

The Heckler & Koch MG4KE appears in the game as an unlockable weapon for the Rifleman class, and is thus far the only machine gun that can be used on a permanent basis regardless of map or game mode. It feeds from a 70-round ammo drum (despite being modeled with a 200-round M249 ammo box) and can be fitted with the G36V-style export carry handle/scope assembly. It has an unusually slow rate of fire compared to the real MG4KE; players with good trigger discipline can actually squeeze off single rounds as if firing a semi-auto weapon.

M249 SAW

In some AI Annihilation maps, a 'leader' character will randomly spawn, the 'leader' armed with an M249 SAW which can be picked up and used after the 'leader' is killed. The weapon has a custom tiger-stripe paint scheme on the handguard and feed tray cover and holds 50 rounds (despite being modeled with a 200-round drum). On Escape maps, players can find and use a SAW without the paint scheme which holds 100 round (again in a 200-round drum). In some Infection maps, players can find a SAW with a leopard-print paint scheme on the handguard and feed tray cover.

MG3A1 Machine Gun

The MG3A1 machine gun appears in the game mounted on Leopard 2A6 tanks the player is tasked with protecting on "Escort" maps. The player can man the Loader's station and use the MG3A1 to engage enemy infantry attacking the tank. It is also the only weapon in the game that is operated from a third-person perspective.

Launchers

RPG-7

The RPG-7 appears in the game in "Escort" maps stored in lockers at strategic points throughout the map. The in-game RPG-7 is fitted with a PGO-7 scope (with a red dot added to the reticle to show point of aim) and can disable the Leopard 2A6 tank with two PG-7VM rockets, even to the frontal armor, something which would be highly unlikely in real life. The rockets also fly much slower than those fired by the real RPG-7. When using this weapon, the player's movement speed (particularly when sprinting) is significantly reduced.
