Judging from this publicity photo, the pistol is most likely a Springfield Armory "Loaded" M1911A1 with 5" barrel.

Jennifer Garner as Sydney Bristow walks away from a car explosion (in slo-motion) with a slung rifle on her shoulder. This is evidently a green screen special effects shot, since it is unlikely that they would have the lead actress so close to a special effects explosion.
